Steven Eschler graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a BA in history. His career took off in 1997 when he entered into the investment advisory business where he worked his way up to senior investment representative with Banc One Securities at the downtown Denver, CO office. Throughout his career as an advisor, he attained his series 7, 63, 66 securities licenses. As a senior investment representative for Banc One Securities, Steve accumulated a book of business in excess of $30M dollars.
In 2001, Steve moved to Tampa, FL to be closer to family where he entered into the mortgage lending business first as an account executive and then as a national wholesale account executive for Fremont Investment & Loan. In the summer of 2007, he joined Marcus & Millichap.
Steve is a licensed real estate agent in Florida and studying for licensure in Louisiana and Alabama.
