Ms. Jackman has been in the student housing industry for over fourteen years. Through her prior professional real estate experience, Ms. Jackman has developed a special expertise in the unique niche of student housing: an in-depth understanding of the business of student housing and its management intensive operations. Since joining Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office, Dorothy has earned several prestigious awards. In 2006, she received two transaction management awards for successfully closing $90,000,000 of student housing in Tallahassee and Gainesville, FL and the National Achievement Award honoring top earners within the firm.
In 2007, Ms. Jackman and her team closed a $193,000,000 national student housing portfolio which included four out of five student housing communities, with the fifth closing in early 2008. Those closings brought her 2007 total production in commercial real estate to nearly $300,000,000.

Travis Prince began his career in investment real estate following his graduation from Vanderbilt University in 1998, assembling a portfolio of residential real estate throughout Nashville, TN. In 2006, with the goal of transitioning to larger commercial investments, Travis divested his Nashville holdings realizing an annualized return of over 100%. Moving from principal to broker, Travis joined Marcus & Millichap in 2006, was named Tampa and Jacksonville Rookie of the Year in 2007, promoted to senior associate in 2009 and associate director of the NMHG in 2010. Travis earned sales achievement awards in 2008 and 2010 and the CoStar Power Broker award in 2010. During his time with Marcus & Millichap, Travis has handled over $500,000,000 in student housing and market rate multifamily assignments. In 2009, Travis again began investing in multifamily, now owning over 300 units throughout Nashville, TN. Travis assists clients with portfolio analysis, acquisition/disposition strategies, debt/equity capital stack structures and leasing/management ideas.

Michael Harris Special Assets & Loan Sales |

Michael Harris is a Director of the Loan Sales Group of Marcus & Miliichap and was instrumental in the creation of the Special Assets Services division. He has handled over $75 million in both loan sale and REO transactions over the past two years. In his role as Director of the Loan Sales Group, he has successfully closed sales and managed DPOs resulting in the resolution or disposition of nearly $100 million in both performing and non-performing loans.
As an advisor, Mike handles more loan sale advisory assignments for Marcus & Millichap than any other member of the sales force. He is personally involved in nearly all large assignments for the firm to ensure perfect execution and adherence to company and client policies. Mr Harris designed the Loan Sales Platform as it exists today and continues to manage the evolution of the process to maximize net proceeds to our clients while minimizing marketing timeframes.

Sean Baird SIP |

Sean is a graduate from the University of Central Florida in 2010 with a BS/BA in Business Real Estate. He also attended Seminole State College where he received an AS in Architectural Design/Construction Technology and became a certified Emergency Medical Technician. In 2003, he began a career in construction and in 2006 became Site Superintendent for a construction firm in Orlando, FL working on residential and commercial projects.
After graduation from UCF, Sean began to focus on a career in commercial real estate and joined Macrus & Millichap as part of the Jackman Prince group in early 2011. Sean currently holds his real estate license in Florida.

Ms. Entzion holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technology Management. At the Jackman Group, Hanne is responsible for developing and overseeing a comprehensive marketing, advertising & public relations plan that supports strategic initiatives, including business development, listing/service introduction, communications, demand creation, and sales enablement. Hanne is also responsible for managing all operations for the team.
Currently, Hanne is studying for her Florida Real Estate License.
