Michael is a graduate from Virginia Tech University with a BS degree in political science and business management, also with a strong focus in real estate studies. Before joining the Jackman Group at Marcus & Millichap, he helped start a college publishing company taking it from 12 schools to 32 colleges in two years. Michael was the at the top of his sales teams both years before changing professions to focus solely on multi-family sales. Michael will be located in Virginia and focused on multi-family and student housing investments.
Mr. Bumgarner is currently licensed in Ohio and Virginia along with studying for licensure in Maryland.
